what a difference a year makes...

We had lots of fun in St. Louis for Thanksgiving with Bobel and Reenie again this year. Here are some photos from this year and last year. Carson has grown and changed so much over the past year!

Last year, Carson and the turkey were the same size. They were both 14 pounds!

This year, not so much! Carson more than doubled his weight, but the turkey stayed about the same:)

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving, both this year and last year. We have so much to be thankful for!

a visit from sweet friends

Several weeks ago, our dear friends, the Riches, came to visit. We loved our time together talking late into the night, watching our boys play, crafting, and playing games. We always treasure our time with them and look forward to the next time we can be together. This is basically a repeat of Tara's blog post a couple of weeks ago. She's a much more on-the-ball blogger than I am:)

Our sweet boys are really close in age and had fun playing together. This is the third time they've been together, and I have a feeling it's going to continue to be more and more fun each time.
